Return Policy

Please note that due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns. We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase and offer replacements for eligible orders as outlined below.

1. Order Cancellations

Order cancellations must be requested before the order is dispatched. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account.

  • Before Dispatch: To cancel your order, please go to the ‘My Orders’ section of our website and request cancellation. If your order has not been dispatched, it will be cancelled without any fee.
  • After Dispatch: In case we receive a cancellation notice after the order has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. If a customer chooses to reject the order at the time of delivery, a cancellation fee will be charged in proportion to the order value to cover shipping and handling costs.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Tastelab and to accept its decision regarding any cancellation.

2. Replacement Policy

We do not accept returns. However, we will provide a free replacement for your order under the following conditions:

  • Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive an item different from what you ordered.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or not in a usable condition.
  • Order Not Received: If your order does not reach you within 10 days after you receive the shipping confirmation.

3. Conditions for Replacement

  • To be eligible for a replacement for a wrong item, the item must be returned unopened and in its original packaging.
  • For damaged or defective items, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
  • Replacements are void if damage or non-delivery occurs due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. Please double-check all addresses and PIN codes carefully. The customer will be responsible for the charges of a new order if the original is undeliverable due to an address error.
  • We will not issue a replacement to anyone who refuses a delivery (outside of the cancellation terms mentioned above) or attempts to return a shipment without prior authorization.

4. How to Request a Replacement

If your order is eligible for a replacement, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your Order ID and a clear description of the issue.
  3. Include photographic evidence if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  4. Our team will review your request and, upon approval, will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
